Nicholas Ballasy, Just the News, July 26, 2026: “Controversial anti-Trump Judge Boasberg keeps ruling against POTUS, but keeps getting overturned.” The piece recites the April 2026 mandamus and the April 7, 2025, vacatur. The adjective “anti-Trump” is the outlet’s. Just the News also asked, in a separate piece, whether Chief Justice Roberts would “do anything” about Boasberg and quoted Alan Dershowitz on the John Solomon Reports podcast about a Rodel Institute appearance-of-conflict claim. That is podcast commentary, not a court finding.
Washington Examiner, March 19, 2025, published a who-is profile during the impeachment fight. RealClearPolitics carried March–April 2025 blurbs and a March 26, 2025, opinion naming his injunction. Daily Caller published Jenny Beth Martin’s November 8, 2025, impeachment column (Arctic Frost / subpoenas) and a December 2, 2025, report that the judiciary declined a Senate invitation for his testimony. Those are labeled here as commentary or reporting.
